Okay folks. Spill the beans. Where are you running today. And what is the milage?
Let's see if everyone can start checking in and telling the group what they are doing today.

Hood to Coast, Here we Come!

I'm running a route that has one big uphill, some ups and downs. And then a short, steep downhill. It's not an out and back. I'd rather run loops.
It's mostly on new pavement with about 1/4 on trail (which I love.)
The milage is 4 miles. I walk occassionally to catch my breath.
Today I am going when Jor comes home from work. I like to go either in the early morning, or before dinner.
My route will be 4 miles today with a slight up hill and a slight down. Not to bad.
I ALREADY ran 3 BIG miles today. 3 days in a row now. Since i'm still getting my feet adjusted to running, i'ts kind a run/walk at the park , but I'm running 6 min. 1/2 miles, then walking and running again. I opened up the invitation to all the YW on Sunday and invited them to the "Get Steph Neff in Shape Club". Obviously I'm going to need to come up with a cooler name, as so far it's been me and one other lady. No girls yet. It might also have to do with the fact that it's at 7 am.

Please state which Neff you are. It makes a difference if you are Bri or Steph. Because if Bri is running with the YW, I would have cause for concern!!
Brian says:
What's wrong with running with the Young Women of the ward?
So, there you have it. Marie conjurs up the first controversy.
Yesterday I ran 4.5 miles. I've never run that far in my entire life.
I ran 3 miles today, but my "time of the month" interferred. Ugh! You know what I'm talkin' bout Ladies!! Atleast I got out there!
I ran to the bathroom today... TWICE!
Dang, I am in real trouble unless I can step this up a little. It is just a bit hard to get out when I don't get home from work until 3 AM.
