So I guess the Incredible Holt's will have to postpone their next relay race until the year 2009. The registration date was October 17th, and I am sure they have already filled up. So let's get ready to enter again next year. I keep thinking I might be captain again, but Jordan won't let me. So who is going to step it up?

P.S. There is still Wasatch Back June 2008. I think we could register up to the day of. It might be good practice for HTC the next year!!

running with wolves or more like cheetahs
Dear 2007 Holt team, Anne and Wayne Sackley came back to Portland this weekend from running the St. George marathon and Anne qualified to run the Boston Marathon!!! She ran the St. George marathon in 3 hours and 44 minutes (averaging under 9 minute miles) and her time is six minutes under the time women must achieve to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Pretty amazing and cool. I told her that I hope she remembers us little people and that she remembers to credit the Hood to Coast Holt team that gave her her start!!! (Hee, hee) Wayne finished in 4 hours and 15 minutes but the standard is quite a bit higher for men to qualify but he and all of us our very proud of Anne.
