Here's a yummy dinner that I made last night: Egg & Spinach Burrito.
Cook 1/2 a bag of Spinach in a pan with a drizzle of Olive Oil. Then once cooked, add your eggs. When the eggs are almost done, add some Parmesan cheese. Then toast a tortilla with once slice cheese and add your eggs to it. Fold it up nice and enjoy! You can add a dollop of sour cream if you need to, but only 1 Tablespoon for another 60 calories.
What are you eating for meals, I need more ideas?

Break your right wrist.. put on a cast..buy frozen dinners .. share one dinner with your spouse....add a lettuce/apple salad..and watch the pounds fall off!!

Oh I don't mean the meal! That looks good! Cut out the oil (use Pam spray instead) and cut out the cheese and make it a whole grain tortilla and you cut out almost 100 calories off this meal!
